About Live Healthy Iowa 5K The Live Healthy Iowa 5K event debuted in 2014, partnering with Iowa communities to provide a fun, healthy 5K run/walk and 1K kid's run. Due to COVID-19, the event was not held in 2020. In 2019, 18 Iowa communities hosted the nearly 1,200 walkers and runners who committed to get moving! 2022 results are below. Please note some sites were cancelled due to inclement weather.
